Each officer must submit a registration form. No walk-in registrations will be allowed. Substitutions will be honored. Registration closed after January 25, 2009. Cancellations received on or before January 11, 2009 (Receive 100% Refund). Cancellations received between January 11, 2009 (Receive 50% Refund). Cancellations received after February 1, 2009, will not be refunded.

| The Association of SWAT Personnel - Wisconsin is proud to welcome Rhonda Begos back for our 2008 Conference awards/banquet dinner to sing our National Anthem. Rhonda attended our 25th Anniversary Conference and won over the membership by singing our National Anthem while our colors were presented by our United States Marines to kick off our conference banquet dinner. Rhonda also has her own band Midnight groove. |
